The goal is to offer a skript to apply a list of runs to a larger data set to remain only with data from the runs in the list.
Right now this is work in progress and mainly done , by copy&paste from and adaptions to the apply_cuts script.
Right now this is ugly and hacked for the time beeing, but I would be glad if we could come up with a more general solution.
