Big rework of `erna_gather_fits`

• Rename all columns to snake_case_names
• Add columns for theta in degree
• Allow inputfile for the datacheck (One sql condition per row)
• Allow runlist as inputfile (no datacheck is performed, just the given runs are gathered)
