Temporary hides some functionalities:

• By default, login page contains only Metamask connect button. If loaded with fdsLogin=true query parameter, loads the original page with username/password form
• Hides navigation for all screen sizes, and drive is the only available page
• Upgrades fdp-storage to the latest version

One thing I can suggest (though it is not required) is regarding the warning alert. With the minified version of the login page, the warning message could also be shrunk.
I've attached an example of the shrunk warning message.
