Only when dropdown changes, or when logging in
Clear on log out


          Don't save the language on log in

Tested as:

started with site in French
logged in and changed the language to English
refreshed - the page stayed as English
changed to French
refreshed - the page staged as French
logged out
refreshed - the page changed to English (my browser language).
