This pr includes the basic setup of vitepress.

• The site is deployed on github pages here: https://fizzbuds.github.io/ddd-toolkit/
• The site is automatically deployed with each commit on main
• I made a logo with chatgpt, it looks nice
• I did not spend too much time on the landing page, for now it is not that important
• I want to make a page for each component, I will do so in this pr
