The generate flatpak bundle won't run, with the error:

avogadro2: error while loading shared libraries: libAvogadroQtOpenGL.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No  
such file or directory

I'll first try reverting to Qt 6.7, but I suspect it's not due to that.
