This change is related to this bug report:
Floccus uses a favicon-based "hack" to emulate separators for Chrome-based browsers.
It currently uses only horizontal separator favicons. However, for Bookmarks/Favorites toolbar a vertical separator is required.
This change adds this capability to the separator site.
A separate change to the actual sync-logic is required to take advantage of this.
