- Upgraded the SD card handler as a prelude to getting a valid timestamp on the SD files. This also reduces the number of times the SD card locks up and reduces the file transfer times.
- Added FTP as an alternative file transfer mechanism.
- Fixed issue that caused UI gpio validation to fail for valid -1 values.
- Added ESP32_KA and ESP32S_BreakDance platforms.
