base/bsp: linux-lmp*: switch 32-bit dtb logic to new solution

Use backported compatibility logic for 32-bit dtb for boards with arm architecture. This enables one to use new linux kernel versions. Signed-off-by: Oleksandr Suvorov <[email protected]>
