Modification of entrypoint script so we can pass the CATPOD inventory label value by environment variable. This allows running multiple CATPOD-orchestrated instances on the same host without each of them adding the containers of the others to its own inventory due to same labels.

I really need to fucking properly document this soon.

Inventory plugins are now enabled in the default Ansible config and community.docker.docker_containers and the community.docker.docker_containers inventory plugin added to the plugin list.

Reminder that the default config can always be overwritten by mounting your own inventory file to /etc/ansible/ansible.cfg.

Some fixes, README rework, and, of course, renamed the whole thing to CATPOD.
