- Add new gtk/gtk4.bi header based on gtk.h c headers, but excluding deprecated headers - Add required gdk4 header, but inclib points at libgtk-4 as it seems gdk is not packaged separately - Add required libgraphene header, but limited to basic objects/functions needed for gtk4 only

Add gtk-4.bi, gdk-4.bi and graphene.bi to support GTK-4
Two quick examples added as well
This is my first time porting headers to FB and GTK isn't the easiest single-header library, so feedback appreciated.
PS, of course, don't build examples without copying headers or rebuilding fbc
