The latest available Stylelint and ESlint configs do not support the latest linter versions.
This fixes the `gscan` error report.

Stylelint and ESlint excluded from update because the latest available configs do not support the latest linter versions.
Also, make page header optional which fixes the error reported by the latest
gscanversion.
