I should've done this immediately when I finished the plugin, but whatever. It's more than a year ago but ok.

Config should explain all the features I think.

Installation:
Put it in your plugins folder, like any Bukkit/Spigot plugin.

I'm actually planning on adding a feature (world-specific blocking), because I need it for one of my friend's servers.
