OLDER CONFIG FILES WILL NOT WORK CORRECTLY:
preventdispensing is a new StringList that has been added to the config. If you have an older config of this plugin, you may want to delete the file so it can generate a new one.
You can also backup your old config, delete the actual config so it can generate a new one, and add the preventdispensing StringList to your old config.
