This PR introduces the Plotly 3D surface plotting module and includes a new tour to showcase its functionality. It also updates the tours landing page by converting it to the Composition API. Additionally, several visualization titles have been revised for consistency. The PR also replace the ngl logo with a simpler and better visible logo.
