Im going to cut down some of the scope of this PR as I think this is more than 1 PRs worth. Will open issues for tasks crossed out on merge as templates are in this pr.

Unfortunately Github pages cant do previews and I don't have the time to clone the repo and set it up, but I have skimmed over the content and LGTM!

Edit: I was curious how the sidebar looks on mobile but it can wait haha
