I would include something like, You can't install Gazebo using packages from Noble and later distributions

The PR adds a tutorial for using the alternative packaging that allows the Gazebo11 side by side installation with new Gazebo. This was done to facilitate transitions.
(still as draft I'm transferring and rebuilding the packages from my PPA to the ~openrobotics PPA and release gz-tools2).
