Some links to https://patchwork.readthedocs.io/ require .html suffix (these which point to .rst files). Add it to fix 404 errors. Signed-off-by: Petr Vorel <[email protected]>

Thanks for raising this. This was caused by our recent migration to This has now been fixed in f157587, so we shouldn't need the suffixes again. |
