ideas for improvements:

  • move fetching of feedbacks & stripping the messages into the backend
  • move ai api call, prompt generation, & response parsing into the backend
  • try implementing this feature: "Clicking on a key sentiment will filter down the user feedback list to include unresolved feedbacks relating to that sentiment. This filtered view can be shared via URL, allowing you to quickly and easily share the highest priority feedbacks to triage."
