Fixed the description to be more informative, added few links, according to Alby's guidelines

Thanks very much @itstomekk! Great changes. I've tweaked the whitespace in the description so that this:

becomes this:

Before I merge this, I'm just checking if you would like to keep all the USEFUL LINKS you've added to the app description, considering that all but the discord link are actually rendered in the app store (I swapped out the support link for the new one you provided 1d9f1a1:

On the right there are links for the source code, the website (developer), and support.

Hey, thanks for fixes!

Good point, those links might be redundant. I've replaced them with the list of apps (https://github.com/getAlby/awesome-nwc) which is quite useful :)
