Adding
boot=df0
to /bootopts is no longer required for booting to the direct floppy driver. If both the BIOS and direct driver are linked in, ELKS will boot from direct floppy driver if the machine BIOS specified floppy boot, else the HD.Also retabs directfd.c for maintainability, no functional changes.
