Fixes both problems found during discussion in #2007: FAT filenames > 14 characters long were overrunning an internal buffer, and
basicwas repaired to allow filenames > 7 characters.Renames snakcga.bas to snakecga.bas and intC5-pc98.S to asm-pc98.S.
