This PR includes changes to align their plugins and dependencies to simplify maintenance and support ongoing improvements for both projects and closes #135 . We have updated the versions and configurations of the original packages to match those in the GIIS template and removed all coverage libraries and unnecessary imports.
The main objective of this pr is avoid flakys like #135, propagating the changes to the different projects when the root of the failure is detected.
