Add docs about admission control policies pending deployment

Add documentation for the new admission control policies:

• Kubernetes best practices dictate that resource limits and requests should
  always be set on workloads. So, mutation and validation policies have been released to set default resource values when missing and ensure all values do not exceed maximum values (Set default resources and enforce maximum values gitops-deployments#35)
• In the GLACIATION platform, we can think of the project use cases as different tenants of the platform. So, we devised mutation and validation policies to ensure adoption and enforce node isolation between their workloads (Add multi-tenant node isolation gitops-deployments#37)
