Requirements for OpenAI filesearch:

• Creating vector storage
• Adding files to vector storage
• Creating an assistant
• Adding prompts for the assistant
• Have a user friendly language: instead of having heavy technical words like "create vector store" we can have an easy language which is easier for ngos to understand
