Adds Pixtral functionality. Warning: Heavy model, takes ~25GB RAM while running.
STILL NEEDED: the mistral python packages require xformers. xformers often fails with a simple pip install, so either needs a wheel or build from source (takes long). https://github.com/facebookresearch/xformers?tab=readme-ov-file#installing-xformers
Not sure if this is logic you can add to requirements or install_init, or something we tell the users to manually perform due to so many potential variables?
