MacOs

All the other platforms use a window-specific main menu, as compared to the global top-of-screen main menu on a Mac. GoGi defaults to having this window specific menu in addition to the global menu. Support for the global menu is currently a bit limited, and in general use of the window-specific menu is encouraged, and makes more sense overall with larger monitors, where the global menu can be rather far away.

Also, registering keyboard shortcuts on the global menu causes various issues in routing keyboard events properly, so we have disabled them. You can consult the window-local global menu to see the shortcuts, and the GoGi preferences for the full list (only one is shown at random in them menu, if there are multiple).
