SDK 31 (Android 12) Updates

• Update build and compile targets to use SDK 31
• Adds PendingIntent.FLAG_MUTABLE to pending intent for geofence
• Adds PendingIntent.FLAG_IMMUTABLE to pending intent for notifications
• Set HuntMainActivity as exported in manifest
