Added descending feature to Scroll

Added descending flag, so that new Firebase.util.Scroll will start reading data from the end of ref passed as a parameter.

// Set descendingFlag to true
var ref = new Firebase.util.Scroll(ref, orderByFlag, {}, descendingFlag);

Also updated version and added /dist to make bower install work
