[rename-font] Add --suffix and --overwrite options #1072

Now I can do this:

gftools-rename-font --suffix --overwrite Foo.ttf " Dev"
font-v write --dev --sha1 Foo.ttf

and get

    <namerecord nameID="1" platformID="3" platEncID="1" langID="0x409">
      Foo Dev
    </namerecord>
    <namerecord nameID="5" platformID="3" platEncID="1" langID="0x409">
      Version 2.004;[35feb9f]-dev
    </namerecord>

which is very handy in CI builds to stop people thinking it's a released font.
