@gongmax, could you please clarify the following doubts?

For the step that involves updating kubectl in dev tooling to 1.27, the latest patch version can be found here.
- Noticed that the latest patch version available is 1.28.2, but we have 1.27.6 included. Is it fine?

Regarding the step to update the k8s image used in the helm pre-delete-hook to 1.27 (Get the patch version here).
- We hadn't updated the version in the pre_delete_hook.yaml file last time, which currently specifies image: "bitnami/kubectl:1.26.6." Do we need to change this version to v1.25.4?
