This PR tests the workflow for publishing the plugin using drone instead Github actions.

  • updated the plugin signature type in the Grafana admin system from community to grafana labs
  • removed the github test and publish workflow
  • temporarily removed the e2e stuff and created a ticket to enable again.

Note: Scope of the PR is to successfully publish a new version of the plugin using drone.
