What is this change?

I noticed that the gdev-prometheus datasource didn't have the expected metrics unless I had a Grafana instance running on port 3000. This PR:

  • Ensures that Prometheus is scrapes from our local grafana container when we have GRAFANA_PORT=3001 set in .env
  • Adds config/README.md to explain how this works and how to extend it to other ports
  • Upgrades the Prometheus version to 3.2.1 (the latest version, currently)

How to test

  1. Add GRAFANA_PORT=3001 in .env
  2. docker compose down
  3. npm run server
  4. npm run dev
  5. When examining gdev-prometheus with Metrics Drilldown, you should see more than 5 metrics in the Metric Select scene
