Allow for expanding (but not reducing) the number of options per department in existing course plans to match the Parameters sheet value.

Spring 2023 Revisions

Fixes a few cosmetic defects in how historic enrollments are displayed.

• Course Plans are now shared in student folders, to allow College Counseling to share additional documents.
• Audited courses are now labeled
• Courses where the section was switched as the result of a level drop in another department (e.g. "Geometry (Dropped), Geometry" are now just displayed as a single course (e.g. "Geometry").
• (Most) parenthetical notes on titles are now combined (e.g. "Archery (Audited) (Spring) (Dropped)" is now "Archer (Audited, Spring Dropped)"
• Strike-throughs on dropped courses have been removed, since the affect the entire cell, including the alternate course, if any.
• Course titles that include an parenthetical note from myGroton (e.g. "(accel)") are now displayed with that note.

Completes Milestone #1. Initial creation of plans is ready. Updating only replaces currently set enrollment history, does not override planning areas, as it will need to do for Milestone #2.
