Update MSET9 Play Store accordingly for the new upcoming release.
Change the process to always fresh like cli 2.0 and use new id1.
(Hope new id1 works as good as original one.)
The new app is currently open beta on Play Store, and can also get apk from here.
Ideally, we should merge this and publish the app at the same time.
