This PR changes the connector behaviour so that if there are compile errors in the functions code the connector now fails to start. Previously it would have started but just returned an empty schema.
This behaviour resulted in customers not realising they had compile errors and just silently seeing their functions being missing. This is because the
ddn
CLI just ignores anything printed to the terminal if the connector "successfully" starts. Only if it fails to start does it prompt the user to show the logs which would show the compile errors.
