This should address the dependabot suggestion in #502, updating NiceGUI to 2.10.0. I was unable to successfully get the Conda build to install 2.9.1 previously (despite requirements, 2.9.0dev0 was installed), but now the newer versions have been released we can address this.
Also, when using the GHSCI app (built with nicegui), on completion of an analysis or generating resources the UI now auto refreshes so those changes are reflected for the user.
