Follow these instructions
/bin/bash -c "$(curl -fSsl \
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/hllvc/Vaktija.ba-Unix-Notifications/master/prayertimes.sh)"
It should download automatically all necessary files and set it up for work.
And then run it in terminal with prayertimes.
