Patch release: Fix network connectivity

Network connectivity was completely broken in v0.6, making it useless, and this release fixes it.

Minimal UX, task updates

This release has minimal UX, and allows a person to see their circles, the tasks in them, and the status of those tasks. Basic info on the tasks can be edited: summary, owner, description, and status.

This has been released on the Google Play store as version 0.6.0.

Minimal prototype

This is a minimal Circle Blvd client. One can sign in, get a list of circles, and see the list of tasks in each circle. It uses the Ionic Framework.
