add CPU thermal sensors drivers and related settings
grab EAS WIP and debug patches from chromiumos source and fix a thermal patch to be applied after EAS patches

1. CONFIG_PM doesn't work on some EVB (MTK MMC/SD driver was affected) 2. to use /dev/mmcblk* as root, INITRD should be disabled

Replace thermal sensors with v10 [1] posted to LKML. This v10 patches read calibration values from e-fuse, which is supposed to provide more accurate tempeature values. However, this v10 only supports single thermal zone, which looks weird to me. [1] https://lkml.org/lkml/2015/11/9/179
