Users should be able to reorder their schedules through the schedule dropdown via a drag and drop reorder functionality

Noting that the DND library chosen for this PR should also be used for #903 (or vice versa)

We can't do this because of the RDS migration. I just realized this, and I wanted to tell you before you spend too much time on it.

Ideally, this would be a feature, but I don't know how to support it in the DB just yet.

That makes sense. We can discuss this more once RDS migration is fully completed, if not already.
