Re-style meeting setup page

Description

The meeting name field in the current meeting setup page is rather hard to notice. I re-designed this a while back so it's clear to the user where to create the meeting name.

Ideally, it would be nice to tweak the "logo" on the top left. It was first meant to be a placeholder but not sure if we're going to have a real one too soon. For now, it would be nicer to trim down the border width and add a gradient to match the Figma:

I think "select potential dates and times..." should be above the calendar, but below the name. What do you think?

I agree. It's also easy to miss especially on mobile since it's cut off.
