5. (OPTIONAL) Create config/local/mail.php if you want to use the Python SMTP Debugger. Then run this command in the console: - python -m smtpd -n -c DebuggingServer localhost:1025

6. Run composer install to install dependencies - php composer.phar update --dev OR - composer update --dev

7. Migrate and Seed database - php artisan migrate --seed

Running the tests

1. Create a test database and configure config/testing/database.php

2. Migrate and Seed database for testing - php artisan migrate --seed --env=testing

3. Run php vendor/bin/phpunit in the console
