  2. feat: Add a class to the index section 

    This introduces a styling regression, because there are a bunch of rules
in the stylesheet that were never used previously that are now enabled.

I'll do a fixup for this in the next change.

  3. fix: minimal fixes for .index styling 

    This removes a bug where entries would overlap their label.

It deletes a defunct .indexIndex rule that did nothing even when
enabled.

It removes the `-moz-` prefix on the two column code, which is long
unsupported, even in Firefox.
