This adds a solution for recipe 0013 described in Issue-129. To do this, I've added the
add_item()helper toPlaceholderCanvasclass.One note: the title includes double quotes:
# "Load a Preview Image Before the Main Content". This is defined in the original cookbook_skeleton. Is it okay to change this so that it's just# Load a Preview Image Before the Main Content?I noticed this was a problem in recipe 0014 which has already been merged.
