… for influxdb3 URL paths, update links and names in reference content

  • Only fixes the Markdown generation, not the downloading of specs to the new directory structure.

Closes #5808 #5801

Thanks for doing this. Looks great. This was a blindspot for me when I moved everything into influxdb3. Sorry about that.
