Additional testing on the metadata cache

Following #25543 and, more specifically, #25552 which only contained a couple of tests, this issue is for testing out a few more scenarios with pushing, querying, and pruning the metadata cache.

1. Rows that do not contain all columns in the cache are ignored
2. A test case for catching the case where multiple predicates are specified on a single column in the cache
