Fixed build script to move/rename runtime pyc compiled bytecode. This release now includes the proper python3.10 compiled runtime code.

Know Issue:
Crash occurs if attempting to open the Searcher window while focusing the Data Tree view while no Viewer Type is selected. Example seen below.

Until resolved, to avoid this issue if you happen to be focusing the Data View pane, simply make sure a View Type is selected from the dropdown before attempting to open the Searcher window.
