inline javascript was enabled (that was the default in the previouse less versions) to see whether it builds otherwise correctly.

Upgrades versions of programs managed via npm. Most of the issues are removed with this PR – only one vulnerability is still not fixed. The package
cwiseseems to have not upgraded its dependency yet, see scijs/cwise#19 (the full affection hierarchy isgrunt-spritesmith > spritesmith > pixelsmith > ndarray-fill > cwise > static-module > static-eval)Static files were generated as normal after the upgrade.
