Modified the code for plot_ranges() to produce a faceted plot if the data includes multiple subjects
To reflect the fact that, with previous commit, this works for multiple subjects
Changes include: - Setting expand = c(0,0) to eliminate ugly plot borders - Adding theme_bw() to create a nice plot border - Making the plotly tooltips friendlier with rounded values
